Yacht Rock Comes to Milford: Yacht Lobsters Dock for a Night of Soft Rock Splendor & Smooth Sailing on September 12.

Milford, CT — Get ready to sail away on a smooth sea of soft rock nostalgia and catch the Yacht Rock wave! On Friday, September 12 at 8:00p.m. the Milford Veterans Memorial Auditorium will drop anchor for one unforgettable voyage as the Yacht Lobsters cruise into town. Doors open at 7:00p.m. 

Tickets as low as $29.00. 

You can dock your vessel worry free with free venue parking! Expect the greatest Yacht Rock hits of the ‘70s and ‘80’s:  Steely Dan’s “Reelin’ in the Years”,  Toto’s “Africa” and “Rosanna”, Hall & Oates’ “Rich Girl”, and smooth grooves from Michael McDonald, The Doobie Brothers, Christopher Cross, Kenny Loggins, and many more all delivered with the Yacht Lobsters’ signature tight horns, dynamic guitars, lush harmonies, and a tidal wave of fun. 

 

Whether you’re a captain, first mate, or just along for the ride, the Yacht Lobsters promise a show that will keep you afloat with good vibes, irresistible beats, and a splash of funk. Through their 34 bed homeless shelter, food service programs, and outreach and engagement services, the 

center offers individuals, families and veterans longterm solutions to help them reclaim their lives. BethEl Center’s Community Kitchen is a space where any community member in need can receive a daily meal and place to connect. 

 

BethEl Center is often called upon to provide thought leadership, system development and strategic planning around homeless response for municipalities in the Center's service region and beyond.
