Get ready to celebrate with The North County Band as they release their much-anticipated sophomore album, Lay it on the Line. The band is the creative force of Chicago-born singer-songwriter Scott Smith and Texas fiddle sensation Cat Lines, who together blend their distinctive talents with some of Connecticut’s most seasoned musicians to create a unique, unforgettable sound.

Since their debut EP, Connecticut, The North County Band has made waves with their heartfelt, grassroots songs about life in the Nutmeg State, the challenges of modern life, and the importance of family. This first release led them on a nine-state, 115-date tour and earned them nominations for “Country Act of the Year” and “Rising Stars of Connecticut” at the New England Music Awards.

For their latest album, Lay it on the Line, the band partnered with renowned producer David Morgan of Music Shed Studios. This fan-funded LP marks an exciting new chapter, and to celebrate, The North County Band is hosting a special release party, complete with a VIP experience!
