New England native Pete Francis, best known as a founding member of the iconic indie band Dispatch, is bringing his soulful sound to Lachat Town Farm this Friday, October 4. The concert kicks off at 7 PM, and fans are in for an unforgettable evening as Francis shares his latest project, Neon Light Blind. This highly anticipated solo album, steeped in reggae and soul, features the artist's unique blend of heartfelt songwriting and rhythmic grooves, inspired by legends like Bob Marley and Van Morrison.

Pete Francis’s career has been nothing short of extraordinary. Rising to fame in the late 1990s with Dispatch, Francis has continued to evolve as an artist, channeling his love for reggae and soul into his recent solo work. Neon Light Blind was recorded in Francis’s Connecticut studio, with contributions from his wife Katie and a talented backing band. The songs were co-written with Grant Michaels and were released Spring 2024 under Dubshot Records.
