Touch A Truck in Stamford Downtown Returns

WHAT: Touch A Truck in Stamford Downtown

DETAILS: Stamford Downtown hosts Touch A Truck in Veterans Memorial Park

Stamford Downtown, in partnership with several City of Stamford departments, invites families to a free, fun-filled event during Stamford Public Schools’ Spring Break.

Touch A Truck offers kids the exciting chance to climb aboard, explore, and interact with a variety of vehicles. From fire trucks and police cars to buses and construction equipment, children can get up close to the big rigs and powerful machines they usually only see from afar. Participating organizations include the Stamford Fire Department, Stamford Police Department, Stamford Emergency Services, the City’s Operations Department, the Ferguson Library, and CT Transit.

This interactive event is the perfect opportunity for children to discover their favorite trucks and learn more about the people who operate them.

Sponsored by YogaSix, Goldfish Swim School, and Star 99.9, with engaging activities provided by Stamford Downtown, Pickleball America and Mill River Park.

WHEN: Tuesday, April 15, 2025 10am – 1pm
