The Tasty Yolk was established in 2016 by two lifelong friends, Michael Bertanza and Chef Eric Felitto. The Tasty Yolk started as a food truck and has now grown into two storefront locations, the newest being right here in Stratford, CT! We're passionate about breakfast, so if you are too, The Tasty Yolk is a must-try. Our truck is also available for off-premise parties and events, so you can have a hearty breakfast any time, anywhere.
