FALL in Love with Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo GLOW Wild Lantern Festival!

This year, the GLOW Wild Lantern Festival extends through Thanksgiving, making it the perfect family event before the Christmas holiday. The festival runs Thursday through Sunday evenings until December 15, promising a dazzling experience for all who attend.

Get ready to be mesmerized by over 50 stunning, large-scale illuminated sculptures and interactive displays that will captivate visitors of every age. Whether you’re planning a fun family outing, a romantic evening, or a unique get-together with coworkers, this festival offers something special for everyone.

A fan favorite, the 100-foot-long glowing dragon steals the spotlight on the front lawn, while themed sections throughout the zoo whisk visitors away to wildlife habitats around the world—from China to America to Africa.

For the best experience, it's recommended to purchase timed tickets in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, but capacity restrictions apply.

GLOW Wild is a fan favorite attraction with select time slots already sold out!

Grab your tickets now to secure your spot!  Prices are $22 for adults (ages 12+) and $20 for children (ages 11 and under). Children 2 and under, as well as adults 76 and older, enjoy free admission. For added convenience, wheelchairs and strollers are available to rent, and the Peacock Café will be serving up seasonal refreshments at its side window. Don’t miss this spectacular event!
