Greater Bridgeport Pride: Unity in the Park with Drag Race Stars!

Greater Bridgeport Pride is here! On June 22, RuPaul’s Drag Race queens Robin Fierce and Yuhua Hamasaki will headline the Unity in the Park festival at Wheeler Park from 3-7 p.m. Tony-nominated actor Robin de Jesús will serve as grand marshal for the Pride March, stepping off at 2 p.m. from Broad and Elm streets.

Presented by the Leonard-Litz LGBTQ+ Foundation and Bridgeport Pride Center, the free, family-friendly event will feature local vendors, food trucks, community services, games, and performances.

RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Robin Fierce, known for her live vocals and dance moves, and Yuhua Hamasaki, recent Miss Asia NYC, will electrify the stage. Norwalk native and Broadway star Robin de Jesús will lead the Pride March, celebrating his roles in shows like In the Heights and Rent.

Unity in the Park returns to Wheeler Park after its successful debut in 2023. Hosted by drag entertainer Xiomarie LaBeija, this event promises to be a vibrant celebration of community and pride.
