Castle Hill Chocolate was founded in 2016 by accomplished cake designer and chocolatier Erica Sullivan, who artfully combined her passion for creativity with her love of chocolate to create a unique & delicious experience.

Many of our confections are handcrafted with love right in our own in-house commercial kitchen. One step inside our quaint New England shop and you will be enveloped in the aroma of chocolate.

In addition to our own line, we carry the best of the best in chocolate making from around the world. We also carry a wide variety of allergy friendly confections including gluten free, sugar free, dairy free and peanut/tree nut free confections made in certified commercial kitchens throughout the country.
