STAMFORD, CT – Stamford Town Center proudly announces its Sixth Annual Summer Block Party , taking place Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Restaurant Plaza at 230 Tresser Boulevard. Hosted in partnership with Hey Stamford! Stamford Moms, and BFAMERICAS, this milestone celebration marks six successful years of bringing the Stamford community together for what has become one of the city's most anticipated summer traditions. The sixth annual event represents a significant evolution from the festival's origins, now featuring free admission and expanded programming that showcases the vibrant spirit of Stamford's diverse community. The Restaurant Plaza will once again transform into a festival atmosphere, celebrating local arts, culture, food, and entertainment. "Our Summer Block Party is truly one of our favorite events of the year. It's the perfect way to kick off the summer and bring our community together with one incredible celebration," said Dan Stolzenbach, General Manager of Stamford Town Center. FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield International Food Fest returns for its second year on Saturday, September 5, 2026 (Labor Day Weekend), taking over Fairfield Theatre Company (FTC) for a full-day celebration of global food, culture, and community. Designed as a late summer destination event for Fairfield County, the festival brings together a curated lineup of 12 local food vendors serving dishes from around the world, including Caribbean jerk chicken, Puerto Rican pinchos, Indian specialties, Greek gyros, British comfort food, Italian classics, and more, alongside a full schedule of live cultural entertainment and interactive programming. Programming spans the entire FTC space, indoors and out, creating a multistage experience. Highlights include international documentary screenings in StageOne presented in partnership with Bridgeport Film Fest, live music and cultural dance performances on the outdoor stage, and headliner bands performing in The Warehouse. “We created the Fairfield International Food Fest to bring people together through food, music, and shared experiences,” said Debbi O'Keefe, founder of ConnectFairfield. “In just its second year, it’s become a true reflection of the diversity and energy of our community, a place where you can try something new, spend time with family and friends, and experience cultures from around the world, all in one day..” The event is designed to appeal to both families and adult audiences, with hands-on activities including a kids’ passport experience, face painting, henna art, a Heritage Chalk Mural, and “Around the World” photo installations.
