FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield International Food Fest returns for its second year on Saturday, September 5, 2026 (Labor Day Weekend), taking over Fairfield Theatre Company (FTC) for a full-day celebration of global food, culture, and community. Designed as a late summer destination event for Fairfield County, the festival brings together a curated lineup of 12 local food vendors serving dishes from around the world, including Caribbean jerk chicken, Puerto Rican pinchos, Indian specialties, Greek gyros, British comfort food, Italian classics, and more, alongside a full schedule of live cultural entertainment and interactive programming. Programming spans the entire FTC space, indoors and out, creating a multistage experience.
