Art + Design Gala Reception: A Fusion of Creativity for a Cause at Metro Art Studios’ Crown Gallery.
Join us on Saturday, October 5th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Metro Art Studios' Crown Gallery for an exciting evening celebrating the intersection of fine art and interior design. Local designers have partnered with Metro Art Studios artists for a unique “white room challenge,” where each designer showcases their style while highlighting how art can transform a space.
The gala reception will benefit LifeBridge Community Services, an organization providing crucial mental health services, a diaper bank, clothing closet, and food services to the Bridgeport community. LifeBridge also runs the Urban Scholars program, offering art education to at-risk youth.
Advance tickets are $40, which includes small bites, wine, drinks, and live music. Guests can also explore the artist studios in the beautifully renovated Metro Art Studios building.

The Metro artists selected are Patrice Barrett, Jennifer Burbank, Linn Cassetta, Gary Judkins, Day Moore, and Denise Susalka.
