Air Supply Live at The Palace Theatre Stamford – Friday, September 27!
Get ready for an unforgettable night with the legendary duo Air Supply at The Palace Theatre in Stamford on Friday, September 27!
About Air Supply: Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock’s journey began on May 12, 1975, during rehearsals for Jesus Christ Superstar in Sydney, Australia. Bonded by their shared love for The Beatles and their passion for singing, they became fast friends. After the show, they would perform at pizza parlors, coffee bars, and nightclubs with just one guitar and two voices. Their harmonies and Graham’s original songs quickly garnered attention.
Their big break came with the single "Love and Other Bruises," which shot to the top of the national charts in Australia. That was just the beginning. After touring with Rod Stewart across Australia, the U.S., and Canada, Air Supply returned home to create their album Life Support, featuring the hit "Lost in Love." This song caught the ear of music mogul Clive Davis, and the rest is history.
With a series of chart-topping singles like "All Out of Love," Air Supply achieved a run of seven consecutive top-five singles, a record previously held by The Beatles. Their albums Lost in Love, The One That You Love, Now & Forever, and Greatest Hits have sold over 20 million copies, making Air Supply a global sensation.
