Tabouli Grill is owned and operated by Judith Roll. Judy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and has worked in the food industry for more than 25 years. Before attending cooking school, Judy worked, saved her shekels and traveled to Israel, Greece, Turkey and Egypt. During her travels, Judy was smitten (bitten?) with the foods of the Middle East.
Tabouli Grill is the culmination of Judy's years of eating, experimenting and dreaming of what would be her ideal restaurant. Tabouli Grill uses only fresh, wholesome ingredients - no trans fats, no preservatives, lots of veggies, whole grains, extra virgin olive oil, simple grilled meats, and fish - food you can feel good about eating! And one more thing, please don't leave without having dessert, you won't regret it. So eat, drink, have fun and while you are here start thinking about what you will eat at your next meal at Tabouli Grill.
