So many great things happening in February!

February can still seem pretty dreary outside.  Although we've had a mild winter, February can prove to be a snowy, miserable month.  So it's a good thing there are so many great distractions to make the month go by faster!

First of course there is Super Bowl Sunday!  Giants vs. Patriots?  A dream combo for our area.  I'm looking forward to seeing the sea of team jerseys as I stop by the bars and check out the action.  So many bars are offering some real cheap deals to get you in their door.  Take advantage of it!  Between the beer & wing specials and the give-a-ways everywhere, I'm having a hard time deciding where to go!  You can check out our Super Bowl events listing and try and decide for yourself!

Next is Valentine's Day.  It doesn't matter if your single or taken, there's something out there for everyone.  Let a little love in your heart!  And if you ARE looking, be sure to sign up for one of our Meetup groups and meet someone new this year!  Check out our Fairfield After Dark general Meetup group or our specialty group Wine Lover's of Fairfield, Westport & Beyond!

Then it's time to break out those beads and masks from last year and get ready for Mardi Gras!  This is such a fun day and plenty of bars are having parties.  One of the biggest is the Black Rock Rocks Mardi Gras party.  Check out that and other events in our Mardi Gras listing.

Finally, for one more unique distraction, make some plans for Leap Day.  Why not?  It only comes around every four years!  Any excuse to party is a good excuse to me.
