Box Office Hours

The Box Office at the Palace Theater is open 10am-6pm Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. When there is a performance on Saturday and/or Sunday the Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the performance and will remain open through intermission of the last performance of the day.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation. If you cannot attend, as a not-for-profit arts organization, Stamford Center for the Arts accepts unused tickets as donations. Please return your tickets to the box office before performance to obtain a tax receipt.
