The "O" Bar and Grill in Trumbull was opened in August of 2009 by seasoned restauranteur Patrick Jean - owner of The Brasserie and The O Bar Martini Bar & Lounge in Fairfield.
The "O" Bar and Grill is classified as an American Bistro with a modern flair. Custom banquettes, the mirror-lined wall and openness of the space lends itself to a relaxed yet sophisticated setting - perfect for a conversation with friends or clients.
At the far end of the room are French doors which open onto an attractive patio. There is also a long sleek bar where patrons can enjoy drinks and a meal selected out of an imaginative menu or watch sports games on the 42 inch flat screen TVs.
