Stanziato's now open in Danbury is not your typical pizza joint. We strive to use fresh, organic local ingredients whenever possible in our artisinal pizzas. Our flour is imported from Naples, Italy and is never enriched, bleached or bromated (meaning it doesn't have chemicals and preservatives that can be carcinogenic). It is 100% wholesome flour.
Every order is made from scratch and all pizzas are cooked in our authentic Italian-made wood fired oven.
Stanziato's has a great selection of hand-picked beer and wine to perfectly compliment your meal as well.
